Does anyone know if there is a shop that sells a repo passenger muffler hanger bracket . The bracket I am looking for is bolted to the floor. They come on only 340/383 dart, cuda or any a body with factory dual exhaust.
I found a few places that sell one for a a body but they give you lag bolts to attach it. I am looking for the exact replacement .It has the plate with studs on the inside on the floor and the hanger part bolts to the underside. Its crazy they sell this kind for B/E bodies but left out a bodies

I bought the bracket and made my own mounting bracket like the original used.

I have a "A" body and a "B". I added the bracket to the "B" body (66 Coronet) and found it on Ebay. This info is really based on my "B" body experience: the bracket bolts on with lag bolts...even a "factory installed" bracket. In my case, the floor had "drill point" dents marking the correct locations and used by factory workers when adding the bracket on the assembly line. The lags were installed from behind the back seat. My opinion/belief, is that all dual exhaust Mopars of this vintage were done this way.

I hope this helps you

The dart plates have a offset in them and four studs pressed into the inside plate. They are then bolted on. I have them on my cuda and gts. I am cloning a car and want the original look. The b body is what you descrided

The brkt Dales cuda shop sell is not correct. You may as well cut a driver side one off and use it for free

Boy, this business of trying to be factory accurate with 50 year old cars is difficult and expensive.
I've "self authorized" any upgrade that can be classified as for "safety". Ex: dual master cylinder, front disks, 15" wheels.

Isn't the hanger bracket right side/left side dependent?

Picture, maybe someone has one laying around

Accurate Limited in Roseburg OR makes the bracket you are looking for - in stainless so it doesn't rot

the only bracket i can find on there web site is ACC-4001 in SS . this is not a exact reproduction brkt . Am i looking at the wrong one ? please post the part number .

isn't 4001 the same as the bracket on the right in your picture? The only difference that I see is 4 attaching bolts instead of 3. I've never seen the bracket on the left in your picture - where does it go?

That is where the factory put the second hanger brkt for a bodies, the plate mounts on the inside
