That tranny is an 1982, 727, hi performance , lockup converter, for a LA 318.

After some research this motor is a police package motor which has the 360 heads and does have a dbl roller timing chain I didn't take pan off but it should also have windage tray.Motor was rated at 165HP 2M3188 which is correct for 318 4bbl
