Kim replied back already and confirmed the motor is a 3 speed/variable but didn't know the switch off hand. She asked for its part number so I just sent her that.
Sounds like I just need to get another switch (bought 2 so far) but get a 3 speed switch, then just re-wire it all for the 3 speed setup. She said if 4 wires go to the wiper motor, its a 3 speed.
Thats great customer service and I haven't even bought anything, yet..
