getting right into assembling the 493. went to screw the 1/2" oil pick up in to find the engine builder had forgotten to enlarge the hole. short of disassembling the block to do this what are the alternatives. i'm using the melling hv pump. i have been looking at external pick ups like the milodon systems. the 21001 requires a longer shaft. this is a street strip 493. will be spinning to 7000.
