Cam Guru's help w/ID

I have a 340, 1969, w/X heads
It is stock bore, No ridge at top of bore, crank never turned
Supposedly about 68K miles when pulled out and been sitting. Yes it is clean, not a rusty POS, just some varnish like dried oil in it. It did turn over at the crank.

I'm taking it apart and to have some work done on it to freshen it up by "Dennis Maurer" in Tempe AZ. Blank

I pulled the cam and I'm trying to find just what it is;
There are only two marks on it that I can find, both at the timing chain end of it on the shaft.
There is a D2 on the shaft on one of the bearing journal and a HIO on the other side, the HIO appears to of been a tag that was on the casting when made. That is all I have, I'm not sure if this will help or if anyone can help ID it from this. Most likely not, but I thought I would try.

Thanks,
Ken
