Well, 205/75/15’s are perfectly fine mounted on 15x7” rims. No fit problem there at all.

Now, they’re 27” tall, they’re probably designed as a light truck tire, and you don’t have enough backspace but I’m guessing you solve all of those problems with a 4x4 front ride height.

But your combination at least doesn’t toss the manufacturer’s recommendations out the window.

no 4x4 front ride height. the funny thing is I had to use starting fluid and a lighter to blow the tire beads on to the rim just to get them to mount because the section width of the tires are like 4 1/2 inches. I doubt Michelin recommends any kind of **** like that.
