How to Discourage Dogs from Chasing Cats?

Most cats are assholes! And most cats could woop most dogs. It's like comparing men and women. Men/Dogs are bigger and more powerful on average, but women/cats are absolutely insane when they get pissed off!

Btw, I'm a happily married, dog guy. Who also is highly allergic to cats. But that doesn't make what I said any less true...
