i've seen a cat take a run at an 8 foot concrete wall (at the corner) and jump over it by bouncing from one side of the corner to the other side of the corner and then over the top (like spider man or some other super hero).
I have a female cat that can clear our 6ft cedar fence in one bound...
and a male cat that can barely et its feet off the ground ! Unless I toss a Tshirt from the second story that floats down thru the air like a ufo !
NOW THATS ENTRRTAINMENT !!! LOL
