1969 Formula S 340 badges, emblems, decals..

Hello

I know I will most probably have my problem solved here.(FABO members have been a God sent). Yet, at times and may I add, rarely. I had some conflicting responses. Still I was able to deduce exactly what I needed to know in the end.
With that said, here goes.

I have a 1969 340 Formula S fastback (slickback) to be exact.
Original,4 speed car, console car as well.
My issue is the badges, ie The "S" badge that is supposed to go on the both front fenders. (Yrs ?)
There is also the emblem that is seen on different yrs as well and this is why I'm asking now. This emblem is the cut out of a barracuda (A coupe of inches in length) in a circular frame.
I've seen it on rear trunks, hoods, fenders, etc.
Another imports one is the 340-S that is seen again on the front fenders.

Now what I need to know is where did they go, exactly ?
Which yrs got them ?

If I've missed any please let me know.
Lastly, which decals went (where) on the 69 340 S Formula cars ?
