Went to dinner in town, Greenwood SC, last night and stumbled onto a car show. To add a few more engines to the list, the 215 all aluminum Oldsmobile and Buick V8 engines. Also saw a Buick Wildcat with the 2 4 barrel carbs and giant chrome round air cleaner. Very cool! I'll even ad the Corvair air cooled 6.

A 5 HP Briggs n Stratton on a Schwinn bicycle frame, still my all time favorite before moving to the big bikes.

Pretty much any older Buick engine, Jeep 4.0L inline-6, Cummins 5.9L, any 2-stroke Detroit Diesel esp 8v-92, Lycoming/Duesenberg DOHC inline-8

327/331 chevy, just the best! Almost as good as a 340

Briggs is a damn sight better than any Tecumseh. But I'll raise you the 26hp twin cylinder Kohler in my Cub. Lol
