Motor mounts. 360 going where a 318 was. M Mounts the same?

Stuffing a 1978 ish 360 where a 318 was in my 1970 duster. Are motor mounts the same? I did a brief search on site here but did not come up with anything. Thanks in advance.
 
driver side is like 1/4 wider. You can make up the difference on the one side in washers.

Pishta hit it on the nose, so yes, you can use the 318 mount if you wish
This is one that someone spaced with a too small piece, but you get the idea.
The washers is what I used and I believe it's more sturdy than this little spacer.

I STILL REMEMBER in the '70's when I stuck a 340 into my 70 Roadrunner, using 318 brackets, "wondering why" the driver side would need washers........

When I had the engine on the stand I just cut the mount and rewelded it.
