Upper control arm hitting before full travel in slot

Trying to get as many opinions as possible before I start cutting/grinding.
1969 Dart Big ball joint uppers with moog offset bushings.
passenger side clears fine drivers side rear hits like pictured above.
 
You're going to need to install the lower control arm, strut rod and spindle to see full limits of the bump stops.
 
double check that you put the offset bushing in correctly, looks like its pushing the control arm up instead of "out" or "in" if that makes any sense
 
Either the control arm itself is bent or the bushings are installed incorrectly. The stock UCA's shouldn't hit anything even well outside of their general range of travel.

I guess I will have to take the upper control arm back off. I bought them with the moog offset bushings already installed.
 
At the risk of sounding dumb do you have switch the drivers and passengers side? Kinda looks backwards to me?

This is where she’s going to be rolling for awhile. The alignment machine is busy all the time at work. Snuck it in to fix the toe.
Set it for max caster at my garage at home.
