Anyone have 70 AAR style hood on their 67-69 Barracuda

they both have pros and cons. I've seen several guys forget to put the front pins in on AAR/TA cars, two of them had disastrous results. One of the AAR hoods I have came from one of them. I had to glue the pieces back together, with mixed results. I've never investigated whether a safety latch could be adapted. If that could be done, that would be a good idea to do.
the pin-only hood can be managed by a single person if necessary, but two people would be safer. When you have the hood off, the hassle is finding a safe place to store it, where it won't blow over or get stepped on and damaged.
