If you had a rear window defroster there would've been a grill that looks like it would be for a speaker (which it was not) on the on the rear right inside sail panel as well as an obvious speaker size hole. The flip switch hole under the dash was there (pre drilled) whether you had this, the map light option or neither regardless I believe.
