So here's the deal, the vin tag and the data plate were removed during body and paint (not by me) and they're missing. The car goes out for upholstery Wednesday. So I'm trying to find a location on the car where the vin is stamped so the CHP can verify the legality of the car and issue me a CALIF "Blue vin" tag to replace the lost one. And if you looked at the picture you can see why I'm not about to start taking this car a part looking for vin numbers if I don't have to.
