Radiator help needed!!

I bought a 3 row champion radiator for my mother's 1964 valiant vert. It appears that the radiator is unable to co-exist with the factory fan..

I didn't want to mess with an electric fan. Nowhere on the site did they say there would be sizing issues.

Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone run into this? I'm really frustrated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
