block identification concern

I found nice engine, but seller is not willing to take any more photo to identify it properly. Can anybody help me if this is 400 block based on photos below ?

Definitely an industrial engine, sawmill, water pump, D500-D700. No matter the displacement, B engine cored on 400 water jackets and RB cored on 440 water jackets, thick cylinder walled 361, 383, 413. Reverse water flowed different heads intake & about everything else... RB six pack rods and forged crank.
