Anyone have 70 AAR style hood on their 67-69 Barracuda

Looking for pics of AAR Cuda style hood on 67-69 Barracuda and if anyone has one and where to get it. I have searched the forums and found 1 picture but no details.

I don't know why it doesn't work, but try looking it up in your browser. I didn't see a 69 aar hood, but they did have pictures of 67-68 aar hoods.

Looks good on the Valient for sure. $595 doesn’t seem too bad. Thanks I checked them out a few months back and they did not have that. I’m getting one.
 
Should I get a Lift Off or Bolt on. The lift off is cheaper. My question is are the lift off a pain to deal with by yourself taking the hood off.

they both have pros and cons. I've seen several guys forget to put the front pins in on AAR/TA cars, two of them had disastrous results. One of the AAR hoods I have came from one of them. I had to glue the pieces back together, with mixed results. I've never investigated whether a safety latch could be adapted. If that could be done, that would be a good idea to do.
the pin-only hood can be managed by a single person if necessary, but two people would be safer. When you have the hood off, the hassle is finding a safe place to store it, where it won't blow over or get stepped on and damaged.
 
Pin on hoods are ERU light and can be handled by one person.
The bolt on hoods are heavier but still light weight. The plus to a bolt on is the hood latch up front gets installed and keeps the hood down so there is no pin to forget.
 
Do the barracuda 67-69 hoods cross over to 67 darts? Would love to put one on my 67 but the scoops I have you have to remove a bit of structure.

Make sure it is the AAR STYLE not the SRT STYLE they have shown for the 69cuda hood. There is a big difference between the two. The VFN hood AAR the lines go all the way to the front of the hood and the back has vents.
