Jeff's Electric Fan Install
Ok...my hardware was here when I got home...11 hour day but I still got a little bit done.
I cut off 4 pieces of the all-thread (1.850" long) and chamfered both ends on each. ..just used a hack saw and a file. I double nutted them and screwed them in the radiator. Used Ny-Lok nuts...
Then drilled 4 holes in the plastic fan shroud/enclosure.
I also trimmed a little bit of the shroud around where the hoses connect.
So now the fans are securely attached to the radiator.
