Are there any companies making reproduction grills for Demons

I dont think so but there seems to be plenty of them out there still. The 72 Dart grill should be the same. Not positive, demon grill may have been painted differently.
Classic Industries has reproductions, but were on backorder last I checked.

Might try these guys also. Maybe call them. To check status. Issue I’ve seen over the years is that a lot of repro items don’t hold up, radiator shrouds, lenses etc. Seems they sag and deform over time. Personally I’d look for an original. Tabs and such are easy to repair. I repaired my 71 using acetone and abs plastic shavings to make a paste. Reattached the tabs, even made a couple. Worked out very well. The Darts and Demons used same grilles.
