‘54 New Yorker should have a 331 Chrysler Hemi. That would be the more desirable 331 with the normal length bellhousing, not like the 51-53 331’s with the extended bell.

If it’s in complete and running condition the engine by itself is probably worth a good $1,500 or more depending on how it’s set up and it’s overall condition.

Even just a good non-running core is usually worth $500-$1k depending on condition and completeness.
