72 Demon drivers mirror cable bracket

Hi,
I am looking for the drivers side mirror remote cable bracket and screw. This is to hold the cable so it won't hang up the window. It gets mounted to the upper front leading edge of the door under the rubber top gasket. Anybody have on??? Thanks
