Small world, I ran a turret lathe at Landis Tool, and my brother went through the apprenticeship program at Landis Machine. I lived on Fifth St. two houses up from the little bar on the corner. Could see Landis Machine from in front of my house!!!
I ran around Hagerstown when I was growing up. We could drink at 18 years old in Maryland when you had to be 21 in PA.
