Bullspit interpretation of what was actually in the video.
The reporter was in the foreground and the grass and other objects around him are moving consistent with the wind strength he was displaying by his actions. Look closely at how the wind is beating his pant legs.
The people in the background were more than 50’ away and in a more sheltered wind area based on the objects around them.
This report isn’t lying, the wind outside of the sheltered area behind him is just as strong as it appears to be.
The only liar here is the fake interpretation of the video.
