Ouch!!! Im suprised pretty boy Anderson Cooper would risk getting his hair wet. Vietnam war correspondents used to shoot with the Saigon Zoo as the backdrop so it looked like they were in the bush. Nothing new. Next time we get Santana winds here, Ill stand on my roof and take a shot of me during a 70 mph wind gust and claim were in a dry hurricane here, while me BBQ is cooking patties in the protected backyard under me.
