Looking for some to set up a 3rd member. Recommendations?

Hey Folks,

Moving the Duster project along slow but sure. I'm now to the point where I am ready/need to tend to the rear end. Currently a peg leg 742 w/3.23's, going to a Suregrip unit (Dr Diff) and 3.91-4.11's. I should have no problem getting the center section out and back in once it's built, but I am pretty much clueless when it comes to setting up differentials. So I will need to have someone, or a shop, in the area do the set-up for me.

Anyone have any recommendations for a place in the suburbs of Chicago? Hoping to chat with and line up someplace up before I get the parts.

Thanks all,
Pat
Yeah it would be nice to get past the arguments over the questions you didn't ask lol obviously you've already bought the part so this is what you're going to do. this is your hobby you can either pay someone to do it or learn to do it yourself. It's not rocket science they've been doing it for 50 years or more. I'm sure you'll need a tool and I'm sure someone needs done it a million times can do it quick. Myself I've seen it done and I've had it done and the next time I'm just doing it myself from here on out. I'm tired of paying people 150 to $250 for which should only take an hour or so beyond the normal hooking everything else up that's straightforward.
My experience is I bought a 489 case and put brand new gears with a spool set up by a professional with the crush sleeve Eliminator kit and in less than 20 passes on the dragstrip blew the Caps off the back LOL I have a Dana now.
