Ok thanks guys I kinda thought the same I thought I better ask this cam was not my first choice I will list the ones I'm looking at and get you alls input. One more question about the xe268h first tho how would it perform with 3.73 gears stock stall? The only reason I ask about this one is I found it on Ebay new (preowned but unused) for 89 bucks buy it now!! If someone could use it you should buy it it's a heck of a deal!

Better but still not good. The gears will get you in the power range faster but a bigger cam won't idle at 650 rpm in drive that the stock converter. Performance converters do 2 things, They allow the engine to accelerate from a stop close to or in the power range of the cam and they do slip at a higher rpm so a rough idle cam can idle around on the street.
