At this point I'm thinking he dont even own a car.
Seriously, if someone living relatively close to me challenged me to a race and my car was able to make the drive, (not on the lift with all the suspension cut out) I would do it.
I would not drag it out for months. I'd show up, run my 14 or what ever said *** number his car pulls, shake hands with the other driver and call it a good day.
Seems simple to me but then maybe I'm missing something...
