Not sure how old you are. Popular Hotrodding mag did a Monte Carlo with the 4bbl SP2P. Got 21mpg. It will starve a motor if you let it. I ran an Offy 360* Dual Port on my van with a Comp RV cam grossing 7000lbs+ for a long time. It was a 318 spread bore version on my 360. Separate runners for the primarys, and separate for the secondaries. It is 2 single plane intakes in 1. I could have port matched the intake to the heads. Gobs of fun with a 2200 stall converter.
