Megasquirt tune

So I finally have my car running but I just have the base tune that came with the gold box. I have tuner studio downloaded and hook to the car but have no idea what to do after that. Is it possible for someone to send me there tune and then I can upload it? Car is a 6.1 with 87 mm throttle body and tti headers everything else is stock
