Maybe dumb ballist question

My yellow to relay seems to find key on power inside in the interior harness

Yellow from relay also goes to power key on ignition switch... wireing seems to be corecor to I'm replacing all new wires and then new system to be installed as per instructions.. thanks alot for your help guys!!
