Electric fan suggestion

Working on a project, and finding I have little to no room for a mech fan, so I'm considering electrical fans. My issue is that there is very little room. Per the photo, assuming I change nothing else, I have an outside area of 27 x 17, and only 1.5-2" depth between the radiator and front of the motor.

Does anyone know who makes good quality ultra thin cooling fans??
