Is you motor rebuilt already ?

If not, use the bare block and heads. That’s the real deal. The foam stuff is iffy and you are threading a needle.

Just heat the shock tower red hot and hot it with a sledge. It’ll take time.

Cut a slice in the inside shock tower U-channel and that allow it to move easier. Then weld the slice up when done.
