Throttle cable linkage
I have a '68 Dart with Holley double pumper, sketchy throttle cable and non-existent kick-down linkage thanks to the previous owner. I got a Lokar throttle cable kit, with kick-down cable, and cool bracket to mount on the side of the carburetor. This linkage on the side of the carb to mount the cables to doesn't look right to me though and I don't want to adjust my new cables to this length if it won't work so I need your help. Is this bracket correct? If I really wanted to I could make it all work but I don't want to run into problems with me not being able to fully engage my secondaries or worse, burn my transmission. If I do need a new bracket can you link me to it? I would like to order this up as soon as possible so that I can finally get my Dart back on the road
