Steering shaft will clear. The tube on the actual column will have to be trimmed back an inch or so, to clear the bottom rear corner of the driver's side valve cover.

Thanks, good to know! Going with an aftermarket tilt column and shaft with EPAS so there will be some cutting to fit involved.
