70 Dart/Paxton Blower

Ok, now it is all becoming clear. The blower belt drive pulley bolts onto the vibration dampener with 6 long bolts. They go thru the blower drive pulley, then a spacer, and then thru the bottom fan belt pulley and into the damper. So the blower belt is going to stick out aways. So now the radiator has to move forward a few inches, and sit in the middle of the front radiator support, or even in front of it. That's why the top framework has been cut off. Only had the car 2 days, and there are so many small things I've been fixing, I really haven't given it much thought. Thanks for pointing that out, guys. Only problem with this so far, is that my partner and I have both gotten minor burns while working on it when hot. We're not used to having the top of a hot radiator exposed like that. Normally there is a piece of metal covering it.
