When does money outweigh sentimental value? 1968 notchback build thread

So , just to be clear on this matter , is this an all aluminum wheel , or a half aluminum and half shell wheel ???
I was confused by the name for the wheel. Or is it an aluminum wheel made to look like a Mopar steel wheel ???
