Help with 360 thermostat housing ID

I got this thermostat housing many years ago and would like to get another for my stepsons engine.
I think it was from Tom in Canada, but I can not find anything about it.
It work exceptionally well no leaks and good fit.
If anyone recognizes this I would be grateful. Thanks
