Just got a 70 Dart / 440 with a Paxton blower and electric fuel pump. Previous owner said it had to have an electric pump due to 7 or 8 pounds of boost. I guess that's true. But I don't like the noisy sound that the pump makes. I mounted some hard rubber chair leg pads between the pump and frame, but that didn't help much. What kind of rubber do you use to quiet down the pump , or is there any other way to do it? Any other methods anyone has tried? Thanks
