what's this a body worth

ok guys I'm a b body guy I'm looking at a 70 dodge dart swinger that needs a total restoration. the car is a 70 340 swinger 4 speed the original 340 is gone but the manifolds,air cleaner matching numbers 4 speed is in the trunk and it don't have the fender tag but it does have a perfect build sheet. I'm trying to figure out what its worth. thanks
