Not sure what course of treatment the doctors want to take. I need to go for more labs and see what happens. It is considered moderate damage being that a man my age should still have 80-85% kidney function and I'm at 46%
@halifaxhopsHey any one know the MOPAR part number for plugs 64 225 1bbl? All the books I have they do not cover plugs. Need the P-XX-X number. Looking for nos ones the kid that had the car threw them out when he did the tune up.
Out of my owners manual: P-6-6P either 170 or 225. Or Champion N14Y. Hope this helps!
First is your daughter's safety, and sounds like that is a GO.
Sounds like the school is stepping up and taking action....very positive
Depending on school policy the butt heads could be suspended for a period of time.
The police will complete their investigation. An Investigator might be assigned and your daughter may have to be re-interviewed.
She might remember things she forgot to tell the police. Have her write them down and forward it to them later.
Here the case is forwarded to the District Attorney and assigned to a Juvenile crimes prosecutor for review and charges.
In these type cases most are settled without having to testify in court. Of course you as a parent of a victim should have input into the settlement.
A verbal case like this, unless they are a prior offender will most likely be probation. Depending on how your state law is though, if it is a sex crimes charged, and IF the butt heads are found guilty, they MIGHT have to register as a sex offender until they are 21 or in some states age 25.
Knowing you I'm sure you and the wife will keep a close eye on her, and the case. Keep in mind if she has any problems you should consider counseling...JMO

I read an article about a young lady in school that was getting harassed, she decked the dude.
Perhaps some self-defense courses are in order...
My biggest concern would be when the boys seek revenge.

Well. Here is where we are so far...
6 boys involved. 4 suspensions and 2 pending. Criminal charges are under review by law enforcement but each face a potential 2-5 charges. Parents of all the boys are involved and furious at the boys. They all seem to be good people who are taking it seriously. The school Principal is a 30 year veteran and has spent half of those years in some of the worst and most violent schools. He has zero tolerance and knows how to come down hard. He also has his own two daughters in the school so he is taking it personally.
My daughter is coping with it fine and appears to have a good perspective on it. She has no fear of these boys and is fully capable of defending herself. She also has a circle of a dozen girlfriends that have her back and are fully engaged in looking out for her. They boys seem terrified, as they should.
The school and Police asked us how far we are willing to support punishing the boys to make sure we weren’t going to limit their approach. We made it clear that they should get the maximum punishment for their actions from both from the school system and the legal system.
The message needs to be sent loud and clear, one strike and you are out...zero tolerance or mercy.

It does so far, but we are keeping a careful eye on it to make sure everything is followed through with.
Hopefully, the boys will learn their lesson and straighten up and fly right...or I will shoot their asses down in a ball of legal flame. It is their decision.
16 sections of decking showed up for the bridge today. Big happenins. Looks like long wait times to cross for the rest of the week.
Probably not my place to ask so if you can't or don't wanna answer that's fine but were you able to confirm it as being verbal in nature and not physical?

Sadly, a lot of boys & men also disrespect girls & women.
There are several examples of it throughout this thread.
I rarely post in this thread because of it.
I know men can be ugly & shallow & they are not the type of people I want to hang out with - so I do not.
No girl or woman wants to be harassed, abused or disrespected.
Even doing it in jest 'with pals' leads to a group mentality that many seem to adopt & accept.
It is not acceptable.

Yes, verbal only. They tried to stalk and corner her while spewing graphic verbal sexual abuse that included threats like they were all ready to take her sexually. She shoved them aside and went straight to the Principal.
Now they are in deep ****...and can consider themselves lucky that I don’t take matters into my own hands.

A lot of what you say may be true, but I know many of the folks here personally and while they may joke around “boys being boys” none of them would ever harm a woman. In fact, I never felt my wife and daughter were safer than when they were all staying in my home during a get-together...and so did the women.
I know every one of them would fight with a vengeance to protect them if it came to it.
There is a vast difference between joking around and being sexually silly and assaulting women actively.
This group just jokes around, but they have massive respect and content of character when it comes to the difference between being silly and reality. I would trust every one of them to have my back when the chips are down...and protect my family.
You need to gain a new perspective and understand the folks here. Life isn’t black and white and you aren’t the mighty defender of women...nor does evil live here.

I had to unwind...so I did this one from scratch...drawn by hand digitally. I needed to find a place to re-center myself and it seemed the best way.
Well not to downplay it any, but I'm thankful it was only that. Sounds like she handled it correctly. Smart girl.
