I came across this and thought it might be helpful to some of you... I know my toolboxes are a mess --

Organize any drawer—and keep it that way—with the Rockler Drawer Organizer System. Use the interlocking trays, bins and dividers to build a tidy grid of compartments that is customized not only to the size of your drawer, but also to the tools and hardware that you need to sort. The trays interlock side-to-side and line up end-to-end to fill out drawers of any width or depth. When you get to the final piece at the end of the row, simply cut it to fit with an ordinary pair of scissors. The synthetic rubber material is easy-to-cut, and the grid of cut lines on the back side ensures that the interlocking feature still works once the tray is cut.

That's slick. Wish we had that stuff available to sell when I was on the tool truck.

That is nice. Arm and a leg to outfit an entire tool box. I have 6.

Always made my own.

I have an old (60's) IBM punched card cabinet. Lots of drawers, but lacked organization. Lately (I'm smarter now than then), I went to "Jiffy Lube" type places and asked for the empty oil containers. They were happy to give me all I needed for free. I cleaned them out and then cut about 2 1/2" from the on a bandsaw. You could use recrip, etc. These little containers are perfect for bolts/washers/nuts/wire nuts, etc. The larger 5 qt containers were also salvaged and cut the same way. LOTS of good organization now and got them for free. Just a suggestion.
