Tell us more about what your intentions are for the car. Street? Strip? Both? IMO the Schumacher mounts and headers make the swap pretty easy but may not be right for your objectives. I have a 400/451 with power steering and power brakes. I used the Schumacher pieces and they work well for me. Make sure you have adequate radiator/fan capacity. Plan out your transmission linkage/kickkdown. I used Lokar.
