Headers are no fun, especially the ones my bro had and it was only a B block! We couldnt figure out how these headers were made for this 69 Fastback, dings and dents everywhere. B/RB's are fun but hot LA's are quicker. I could never overcome traction issues....CNC headed 451 in a 65..you think? :)
Matter of opinion, I have never seen an LA run in the low 9`s at 3000 pounds , naturally aspirated. He even Backed the carb off and went 9.60`sw . There is a big block 71 cuda running 10 o`s backed way off here too.
