Hey guys .
Does any one know what the original front floor mats looked like in a 68 barracuda 383s?
Thanks

Hey Darren I found this...
From Hamtramck historical, which is here
The 1970 Hamtramck Registry - 1968 Chrysler Parts Accessories Catalog (Page 1)
Thanks again to Barry for his contributions.

Thanks Steve..
That's a great site. I love the "simulated vinyl top"

Floor mats didn't come in any car, they were an accessory that was purchased at the parts department. My AM/FM was the same way. Could not be ordered from the factory but was purchased from the parts department.

Sorry, in regards to am/FM ours was ordered from factory. I'm pretty sure it's on fendertag. I'll have to chk now lol.

Yes Steve ..
Now you mention that I'm pretty sure my radio option is stated on my original window sticker.

I've had to remove the "stereo" what a clusterf**k that is....anything under the dashes on these pigs is a chore...

Appreciate the input on AM/FM radio. I worked at a Ca. dealership in '68. With all the sales brochures and the order forms in front of me, I ordered my '68 cuda. While there was a small reference in one of the sales brochures about AM/FM, it was not listed on the order form. This was about Feb. 1968. The car arrived at the dealer about end of May. A side note- during the wait for my car, maybe about April, the dealership notified me that hemi's were now available in the cuda, trying to make me feel bad for only ordering a 383. This was my experience but other views are OK.
