I have the Aluminum MP covers on my "LA" engine. It took quite a bit of time to remove enough aluminum from them to clear the intake runners with stock heads. I just removed material at the intake runners. The other engine I installed the EFI system on has Magnum EQ heads and MP aluminum covers and they fit with no issues.
