I tend to disagree a little.........when I went 12.54 with my teener I really didn't work all that hard to do it.........a friend went 12.7 with his 66 Barracuda powered with a teener, less cam that the ex284.....more gear (5.13)......the OP has a better short block than I started with, put decent heads and intake on it and go....admittedly much will be dependent on chassis set up ...to go faster than mid 12'sI will admit that it will start taking more effort.......
