Next time you see someone asking 4%, look to see if they are a Canadian.
Pretty sure they get dinged more from Pay Pal, because a USA sale is considered a foreign transaction.
Maybe asking, to cover their *** on the sale.

Well I am saying that for somebody to charge you an unfair or incorrect amount you're saying it's okay. Why don't people just mail you their pay check and you return the part of the money you don't want.
You really seem to have no problem over screwing people out of 1%. If 1% is nothing to you how about 2% is it also nothing.
