Power steering box rebuild.....need help.

Im rebuilding the power steering box on my 73 dart sport while the engine is out. I made the mistake of taking apart the piston and worm assembly. I have tried about 100 times to assemble these bearings in this thing and cant get it right. When I can actually get them all in it usually will screw out but not back in. Im hoping someone on here has done this before and knows what the trick is. Im usually good at figuring stuff out but this ones got me baffled.
I have googled the hell out of this and can find nothing on the older mopar box. Plenty of the saginaw box but its totally diffferent.

Have you tried a service manual? Maybe able to down load one from here; mymopar.com

The manual covers everything EXCEPT the disassembly of the piston/worm.

Maybe call Firm Feel?

After spending around 4-5 hours messing with it I finally got the bearings back in correctly. Anyone doing a rebuild on these boxes, I highly advise leaving the worm in the piston. There are no seals or anything in there to replace.
