I remember years ago Hot Rod magazine had an article called Caddy Hack.
They took an old Cadillac, and started cutting weight out and running it at the drag strip, after cutting a part off.
In the end it was not much more than a steering wheel and a seat.
The e.t. went down, as the weight was removed.
